Meeting/Travel Costs
LBL Attendees and funded collaborators: Please use your SFA project accounts/contracts for travel expenses, if any.
Unfunded collaborators are requested to pay for their meeting/travel costs. The SFA will cover costs of guests giving invited morning presentations and of scientific advisory board members.
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided during the meeting. The meeting will conclude before dinner.
Lodging
If you need lodging, please indicate so on the registration form. We plan to secure block-pricing at the selected venue, so make sure you coordinate your reservation under our event. Jacob Gimbel will follow up with you to ensure your lodging is booked appropriately.
